Verizon, Jobber launch preloaded tablet bundle for contractors

Verizon and Jobber, the field service software company, partnered to launch Field Management Tablet Plus, an “out-of-the-box” bundle of Verizon-connected tablets preloaded with Jobber’s software. 

The big picture: While obvious to many, technology adoption in the home service industries, HVAC included, continues to grow to meet consumer demand for digital experiences.

  • Jobber counts 200,000+ customers in 50 service industries and rakes in over $100 million a year in revenue.

Details: Contractors save by bundling and get the benefit of a single, combined bill from Verizon. 

  • Plus, having a Verizon tablet addresses the security concerns of storing company and customer information on employees’ personal devices. 

  • The tablets, running on Verizon’s network, also come with unlimited data.

“Adding Jobber to our partner ecosystem is core to our strategy of providing small and midsize businesses with the connectivity, tools, and platforms they need to compete in the market,” said Aparna Khurjekar, Chief Revenue Officer, Business Markets & SaaS, Verizon Business.
