ServiceTitan inks partnership with Authority Brands
The company will become the go-to software provider for all One Hour, Benjamin Franklin, and Mister Sparky franchises
ServiceTitan landed a big fish on Tuesday, announcing a partnership with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning parent Authority Brands.
The big picture: Authority Brands owns 16 home service brands, including One Hour, Benjamin Franklin, and Mister Sparky, and services customers in 2,000+ territories.
What’s happening: ServiceTitan will become the go-to software provider for all three of Authority Brands’ mechanical franchise locations.
-
Right now, its brands use Successware, which it acquired in 2019.
-
“The comprehensive functionality, intuitive design, and ability to consolidate operations into a single platform set ServiceTitan apart as a preferred partner,” said Craig Donaldson, Authority Brands CEO.
-
“We’re thrilled to establish ServiceTitan as the primary platform across all locations.”
No financial terms were disclosed, but an Authority Brands representative told us franchises will transition to ServiceTitan in 2025.
-
BuyFin, Authority Brands’ in-house consumer financing platform, will also be integrated into ServiceTitan, the person said.
The bottom line: Landing Authority Brands is a big deal for ServiceTitan’s growth, especially given its possible, upcoming IPO.
