ServiceTitan and Scorpion, a digital marketing provider with roots in the home service industries, inked a partnership to “transform the world of marketing for the trades.”

The big picture: Well over 50% of consumers prefer starting their search for a home service provider online, emphasizing the importance (for contractors) of having a strong online presence.

Details: Scorpion will integrate with ServiceTitan, becoming the first marketing company to do so, and the two will become preferred partners.

  • The integration will include custom websites, online scheduling, AI chat, and end-to-end lead management capabilities for customers.

  • "This partnership with ServiceTitan is a pivotal moment in reshaping marketing for the home services industry. Together, we are bringing business owners greater transparency into their marketing investments, end-to-end lead to revenue attribution, and better campaign performance," said Rustin Kretz, CEO of Scorpion.

The bottom line: ServiceTitan CEO Ara Mahdessian noted that the partnership gives its contractors the opportunity to generate “more leads, more booked jobs, and ultimately more customers.”
