Contractor Commerce, the plug-and-play e-commerce startup, last week announced it earned Gold Partner status, becoming the only e-commerce solution in ServiceTitan’s marketplace.

The big picture: Contractor Commerce helps contractors capitalize on consumers’ shopping preferences by turning their websites into online stores.

Details: When a homeowner gets a quote or places an order on a contractor’s website, the integration will channel that lead into ServiceTitan, creating or updating the customer’s profile.

  • Homeowners can also set up recurring filter orders and view their service history and transaction records through an online portal.

Keep in mind: In March, Contractor Commerce struck a first-of-its-kind partnership with Lennox, enabling homeowners to find local dealers and shop on their websites from Lennox.com.

The bottom line: E-commerce has made its way into the HVAC industry and is here to stay.

  • "[Our] collaboration with ServiceTitan enhances our comprehensive e-commerce solutions to better meet the rising demand for online shopping services in the trades,” said CEO Will Housh.
