Industry group announces 2026 Heat Pump Water Heater Week

The Advanced Water Heating Initiative (AWHI), a member-funded effort operating under the nonprofit New Buildings Institute, recently announced this year’s ‘Heat Pump Water Heater Week.’
What’s happening: The event, taking place from October 26 to 29, marks an expansion from previous years, when the celebration was just one day, and will include virtual and in-person sessions covering a range of water heater-focused topics.
- AWHI is also inviting industry stakeholders, including contractors, to host in-person or virtual events, “from educational talks to local meetups,” according to the announcement, which added that the organization will provide promotional support.
