Rinnai has launched a loyalty program for HVAC and plumbing installers — and perks stay with the individual, not their employer.

What’s happening: Rinnai announced last week that it created its PRO Tech program for installers across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Techs who install eligible Rinnai products and register them through the company’s app can earn premium drinkware, outdoor gear, and professional-grade tools, and their progress toward perks will remain even if they change jobs.

Go deeper: Any tech can participate, whether or not their employer has a professional affiliation with Rinnai. But when a PRO Tech account is linked to a Rinnai PRO Network company, both the company and tech earn rewards.

What they’re saying: “The PROs in the field who install our products are essential to Rinnai’s success, and we’re excited to introduce a loyalty program created specifically for them,” Frank Windsor, President of Rinnai America Corporation, said in a statement.
