Industry association PHCC is launching an initiative to support its contractor members through small, focused peer groups.

What’s happening: In ‘Visionary Peer Groups,’ owners, general managers, and other decision-makers of HVAC and plumbing businesses will meet monthly over Zoom for one to one-and-a-half hours, with sessions led by business coaches and designed to “foster problem-solving, accountability, and strategic planning,” according to a news release.

The nitty-gritty: Interested PHCC members should sign up by Dec. 31, 2025, to be considered for the first cohort, the association said.

  • Meetings begin in January; groups will be capped at 15 participants; and the monthly cost is $179, which includes facilitation fees and “occasional, limited coaching support.”

Of note: The news release adds that participants will benefit from a “confidential, supportive environment where members function as a ‘board of advisors’ for one another,” offering feedback and benchmarks.
